More About Me

Business Philosophy:

My business philosophies have always been pretty simple: work hard and have passion for what you do. From running my own restaurant for 14 years to dabbling in wedding planning, I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit and have valued the importance of superb customer service and ethical business practices. These values, coupled with hard work and passion, have crossed over into the world of real estate and guide me through all of my operations.

I make my business not just to sell houses, but to help you understand the market, know what your options are, and work with you every step of the way to ensure you find your true home.

I am a relationship-based realtor, NOT a transaction-based realtor. Just because a deal closes not mean that I will disappear from your life. I genuinely care about you, your family, and any real estate needs that may arise in the future. I would be honored to continue educating and looking out for your best interest.

Personal Background:

With over 2 decades of experience as a licensed Realtor, Cindy recognizes that her unique and diverse experiences have shaped her business style, further showcasing her passion for delivering high quality real estate services. Originating from Torrance, California, she later embraced the vibrant culture of Rosarito Beach, Mexico and opened up a fish taco restaurant Just for the Halibut. Along the way, she became fluent in Spanish and raised two children.

Following a successful fourteen years in the restaurant business, Cindy pivoted and jumped into the world of real estate. With her love for interior design and passion for working alongside people- it was the perfect match! After only two years in the business, Cindy's exceptional work ethic earned her the Top Producer spot and the Head Sales Manager position with the Rosarito Beach Condo Hotel Project. She was immersed in all aspects of the real estate market- from architectural conception to completion of a 22-story luxury tower. After 20 years abroad, Cindy decided to move back to the U.S and settled in North County San Diego.

Cindy remains active within her community and has been involved in several philanthropic organizations such as the Rotary Club of Vista & Assistance League of North County. Now that she has raised her two kids to adulthood, Cindy enjoys paddle boarding at the Carlsbad Lagoon, camping in her teardrop trailer and supporting the local breweries and restaurants that operate within the Highway-78 corridor. She loves living and working in this beautiful area and hopes to share her passion and expertise with all of her clients
